Not much new to report. I've been busy the last couple of days and I didn't get a chance to blog until now. I've still been able to get on the treadmill both days. I went about 4 miles yesterday, 4.2 miles today. I burned about 775 calories yesterday and 800 today. I've been pushing it pretty hard on the incline, at about a 9 or 10%, and have been able to get my workouts done in about an hour. I haven't been able to dance with my Wii the last 2 nights. Hope to get back to it tomorrow. It's time for bed now and I don't really have much else to say. Here's what I've been eating the last 2 days:
SATURDAY:
BREAKFAST:
-apple slices w/peanut butter
-Coke Zero
DINNER:
-Asian dumplings
-chopped salad w/lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salami, chickpeas, basil & mustard-Parmesan dressing from California Pizza Kitchen
-cranberry spritzer
-plain frozen yogurt w/strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries
SUNDAY:
LUNCH:
-Coke Zero
-gyro meat w/tzatziki
-Greek salad
-hummus w/pita
SNACK:
-100 calorie pack cocoa almonds
DINNER:
-scrambled eggs w/cheese
-bacon
-tomato slices
-1/2 piece rye bread
