Still not much to say these days. I need to get better at posting on my blog what I've been up to and what I've been eating. I haven't been on the treadmill the last few days. I have been dancing with the Wii every night after Emelia goes to bed. I've been doing an average of 3000 to 4000 "sweat points" per day. I still need to find out what that translates to as far as calories. I hope it has been as beneficial for me as the treadmill has been. We'll find out tomorrow...weigh day! Wish me luck. I feel smaller so I hope I've lost more weight.
I can't remember what I've eaten everyday for the past 4 days. I'll just post what I ate the last 2 days. Here it is:

-lo-carb strawberry yogurt
-homemade granola
-Coke Zero
DINNER:
-gyro meat w/tzatziki
-Greek salad w/feta
-hummus
-pita
THURSDAY:
BREAKFAST:
-apple slices w/peanut butter
LUNCH:
-leftover chicken souvlaki w/tzatziki
-leftover Greek salad
DINNER:
-s.f. pink lemonade
-pork w/sauerkraut
-carrots w/margarine
