Day 34: Cheat Day

As you can tell from the title of this post, I cheated a little on my diet today. I made a special birthday dinner for Mom and in order for me to partake in the meal I needed to consume some carbs. It wasn't too much so I don't think it set me back any. I just hope that I can keep off the 5 pounds I lost while being sick. I'm really starting to miss my workouts. I'm not sure if tomorrow is going to work out in my favor so my goal is to get back on the bandwagon on Monday. I hope I wont have a setback and that I will still be able to do 20 minutes of jogging.

Here's what I ate today:

BREAKFAST:
-cantaloupe
-lo-carb strawberry yogurt

LUNCH:
-3 leftover turkey meatballs w/tomato sauce & mozzarella
-leftover zucchini

DINNER:
-s.f. raspberry lemonade
-bruschetta w/caponata, baby arugula & burrata cheese
-beef tenderloin w/rosemary red wine sauce, risotto cake w/mushroom ragu & sauteed broccolini
-vanilla panna cotta w/strawberry-fig compote & almond tuiles
