I'm back in my groove! I'm back to jogging for 30 minutes. Woohoo! I managed to go for a 20 minute stretch followed by two 5 minute stretches. My knees hurt a little still but not as bad as yesterday. Hope I can keep it up tomorrow. I think I also went the farthest I have ever gone today too at 3.92 miles. Maybe I should just forget about mentioning the calories that the treadmill says I burned since I know they are way off for me. Not much else going on today to report. Just a boring Saturday.
Here's what I ate:
LUNCH
-tuna melt on lo-carb tortilla (tuna w/mayo & melted cheese on top)
-cucumber slices
-s.f. pink lemonade
DINNER:
-hamburger w/cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, tomato & red onion
-cantaloupe
