I lost another pound!!! That brings me up to a grand total of 16 pounds. :) Only 34 more to go. I bet I would have lost even more if it weren't for the pie incident! I started the day off well again today. I got on the treadmill at about 8 am and did my workout for just over an hour. I went 4.25 miles and burned 800 calories and 100 grams of carbs. At that rate I should be burning over 1.5 pounds per week just from exercising alone. I don't think it will be a problem to lose another 4 pounds by the time my Mom gets here in 3 weeks. Pedis here we come!
Here's what I ate today:
BREAKFAST:
-apple slices w/peanut butter
LUNCH:
-flakes of ham (ground ham w/mayo & mustard) on a lo-carb tortilla
-celery sticks
-s.f. raspberry lemonade
DINNER:
-taco salad from Taco Bell (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, ground beef, beans, rice, salsa & tortilla shell)
