Day 67

Today was my last day to make one final push before weigh-day tomorrow. I think I succeeded. I got on the treadmill and started at an 8% incline. Rather than decrease the incline every five minutes I managed to do my entire workout up to 55 minutes at the same incline. Woohoo! I burned a total of 800 calories (according to the treadmill) and 100 grams of carbohydrates. I also went the furthest I have ever gone before at a total of 4.2 miles. It wasn't even hard to do. I think I can manage to do the same every day. I think it will be my new workout. :) Can't wait for weigh-day tomorrow. Hope I lost at least another pound. Wish me luck!

I did well on the diet today. Here's what I ate:

BREAKFAST:
-apple slices w/peanut butter
-diet Pepsi (I was really tired...needed the caffeine)

LUNCH:
-strawberry spinach salad w/pecans

DINNER:
-country style pork ribs w/sauerkraut
-carrots
-small scoop cheesy mashed potatoes
